Jitaa Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of jitaa.app. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you agree to everything in this document.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Jitaa is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional documents at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed exactly one jitaa account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support — don't create a new one.

BDT Only — No Conversion Fees

All transactions on jitaa are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket reflect in your wallet within seconds.

Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements

All promotional bonuses on jitaa come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Read them before opting in.

Keep Your Account Secure

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Jitaa will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

Jitaa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of jitaa after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Plain language note: Using jitaa means you've agreed to these rules. If something changes, we'll let you know. If you keep using jitaa after a change, that means you're okay with the new version.

Eligibility

To register and use jitaa, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jitaa employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jitaa for any reason.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Jitaa reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Important: If you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly prohibited from using jitaa. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source used for deposit.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on jitaa. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jitaa reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Jitaa will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaa support immediately at [email protected].

  • Use a strong, unique password for your jitaa account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
  • Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.

Jitaa may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jitaa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Jitaa supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer to major Bangladeshi banks.

Deposits are credited to your jitaa wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect depending on your bank's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

  • bKash and Nagad: Same-day processing for requests submitted before 8:00 PM. Funds typically arrive within a few hours.
  • Rocket: Same-day or next-day processing depending on request time.
  • Bank Transfer: One to two business days from approval.

Jitaa does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jitaa's control.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account. Jitaa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawal holds: Jitaa reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification or fraud review. If your account is under review, you will be notified by email. Most reviews are completed within 48 hours.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Jitaa reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Bonuses and Promotions

Jitaa offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on jitaa unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
  • Jitaa reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
  • Jitaa reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.

Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on jitaa use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jitaa or by players.

Each game on jitaa displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jitaa's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue on jitaa's side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet. Jitaa is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet connection issues.

  • Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by jitaa's server.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game software or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
  • Jitaa reserves the right to void bets placed during any period of technical malfunction.

If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact jitaa support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Provide the game name, date, time, and round ID if available. Jitaa will investigate and respond within five business days.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitaa. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Registering more than one account on jitaa.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using jitaa for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit jitaa's software or systems.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with jitaa's platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing jitaa staff or other players.
  • Allowing a third party to use your jitaa account.
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

Zero tolerance: Jitaa operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Accounts found to be involved in any of the above will be permanently closed without notice and all funds may be seized pending investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

Jitaa reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or withdraw. Jitaa aims to complete all investigations within 10 business days.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact jitaa support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five business days.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule available in your account settings. Jitaa will notify you by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Responsible Gaming

Jitaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control of their spending. These tools are available directly from your account settings and include:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. Jitaa will notify you when your session time is up.
  • Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from jitaa for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.

If you are concerned about your gaming habits or those of someone you know, jitaa encourages you to seek help. Our support team can assist you in setting up any of the above tools and can provide information about external support resources.

Jitaa will never market to players who have self-excluded or are under a cooling-off period. If you receive any promotional communication during an exclusion period, please contact support immediately so we can investigate and correct the issue.

Privacy and Data

Jitaa collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on jitaa, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Jitaa will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to process your payments, comply with legal obligations, or provide the services you have requested. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

Limitation of Liability

Jitaa provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitaa's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Jitaa is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
  • Any loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from use of jitaa.

Gambling involves risk. You may lose money when playing on jitaa. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Jitaa is not responsible for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

Changes to These Terms

Jitaa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, jitaa will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered players.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using jitaa and may request account closure by contacting support. Continued use of jitaa after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Jitaa recommends reviewing the Terms at least once every three months.
